In tribute to the successful naval career of the original owner of Minadab, Commander Robert Benjamin Young, the rooms take their names from ships in Nelson's fleet.

Minadab has the choice of three beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms:

PHOEBE - first floor double with fabulous sea-views, en-suite bathroom (shower over bath) and sofa in which to sit, relax and enjoy the view.
AJAX - first floor double with a charming and spacious private shower room. Sit at the dressing table in the shower room and from underneath the thatch fringes, look out and admire the lovely sea views.
PICKLE - ground floor room with twin beds, which can also be made up as one kingsize bed, with en-suite bathroom (shower over bath). And two comfortable armchairs in which to sit. Pickle has many interesting features including an unusual bay window overlooking the rear rockery and an attractive fireplace.

All three rooms are equipped with a flat screen televisions with freeview channels, DVD player, hairdryer, alarm clock/radio. There is also a fridge with bottled water, milk and soft drinks. Tea, coffee and homemade cookies are provided together with wine glasses and a corkscrew if you would like to bring your own wine.
